01 Do I earn points on my in-store orders?
Yup! Just make sure to give the staff member your email at checkout.
02 Why is my Curator status free shipping not showing at checkout?
Your status is tied to your email address. Make sure to enter the email used to create your rewards account at checkout then your "Rewards Perk: Free Ground Shipping!" will automatically apply.
03 How do I join the loyalty program?
Simply sign up to create your account and start earning rewards!

05 How do I redeem my points?
Redeeming online and in-store is easy.
To redeem online, make sure you're logged into your Jackson Vaughn account. At checkout, right before you add your card information, enter the amount of points you want to redeem and click the Apply button.
To redeem in-store, all you have to do is give the store associate the email you used to create your Jackson Vaughn account and they'll handle the rest!
06 Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account, and your points balance will be highlighted at the top of the page.
07 Do my points expire?
Points will expire one year after date earned.
Example: You earn 38 points on an order from September 1st, those 38 points will expire on September 1st the following year.
08 What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
09 When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 30 days from the day you entered it.
10 I forgot to use my points at Checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
